What is a concierge? A personal concierge is a personal assistant and more.
What do you charge? Our fees on most items are charged on an hourly basis with the exception of pet
sitting. We bill for the first hour then in 15 minute increments afterwards.
How do I use you? You can call and schedule a service weeks in advance or the day of.
What type of notice do you need? We ask for 24 hour notice. If we have less we will most likely be able
to complete the task but we can not guarantee it. If there is less than 24 hours notice their may be a late
notice fee. Please see the service page for details.
Who are your clients? Our clients span most demographics and occupations. Our clients are busy working
professionals that understand the value of their time and are looking for someone to help get that time back.
Does OHMISS support the community? Yes the principals of OHMISS are active in the community serving on
charity boards and volunteering at events. We also show monetary support by donating items to charities. Please call
the office for more information.
How do I know you are trustworthy? We are licensed with the state to do business, bonded and insured.
We will be happy to provide numerous references at our client's request. Our employees go through a background
check including DMV.
What affiliations do you have? We are a member of the International Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA),
National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Westshore Alliance, and the BBB.
Do you serve all of the Bay Area? We serve a large part of the Tampa Bay Area and are expanding into other areas
by the end of 2008. If you live or work outside of Tampa, Rocky Point, Carrollwood/WestChase, New Tampa and Wesley Chapel
please call the office to see if we are offering services in your area.
Do you serve any areas out side of the Bay Area? Yes. We have limited services in other major cities around
the country and the world (i.e. Las Vegas, Atlanta, etc). Call us for details!
How does your referral service work? We have a short list of vendors that we use in our own home or that
friends have used and recommended. We only refer our clients to people that we would feel comfortable
in our own home. If you are a vendor and want information on our services please call the office for
an interview and work sample.
Do you charge a % fee on what you buy or tickets you procure? NO. We only bill for our time.
Do you give discounts? Yes. Discounts are given to clients that have us on retainer. Call your sales
representative for information on how you can get our services at a reduced rate.
What is your privacy policy? Our client’s personal information is important to us. We will never sell
or give your information to any party without your permission.
